By accessing the Dentiza website and subscribing to our dental marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Dentiza provides comprehensive dental patient marketing including:

• Dental patient lead generation and delivery
• Custom video marketing content creation
• Implant and denture patient marketing campaigns
• AI dental receptionist technology
• Search engine optimization for dental practices
• Social media management and content creation
• Dental staff training programs
• Patient management system integration

Services are designed to help practices attract pre-qualified implant and denture patients, with scope varying by plan.

Users must maintain confidential account credentials and agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep account details current
• Use accounts only for authorized purposes
• Protect login credentials from unauthorized sharing
• Immediately report security breaches

Dentiza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Client Content Ownership: Custom-created campaign materials become client exclusive property upon creation and payment.

Dentiza IP: The company retains proprietary methodology, frameworks, platform technology, and tools.

License Grant: A non-exclusive license is provided for the subscription term only.

Restrictions: Users cannot reverse-engineer, copy, or resell proprietary technology.

Dentiza provides services "as is" with these understandings:

• No guarantee of specific patient acquisition numbers or revenue results
• Results depend on market conditions, practice quality, and implementation
• Platform targets 99.5% uptime during business hours
• Not liable for interruptions beyond company control

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Total liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations

Users agree to indemnify and hold Dentiza harmless from claims arising from:

• Breach of Terms of Service
• Misuse of services
• Content provided by users
• Violation of applicable laws
• Claims that user-provided content infringes third-party rights

By User: Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice; no termination fees.

By Dentiza: Immediate termination for material breach, non-payment, or illegal use.

Content Retention: Users retain rights to created content post-termination.

Data Access: 30-day access period provided following termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal actions must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.

The dispute resolution process includes:

• Informal Resolution: 30-day good faith negotiation period
• Mediation: Neutral third-party facilitation if informal resolution fails
• Litigation: Court proceedings as specified in Section 10 if mediation is unsuccessful

Dentiza reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Material changes will be communicated via registered email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
